    Unclean and poorly maintained.

    The apartment was spacious and provided enough room for our family during our two-night stay. The location was also convenient for getting around Manchester.

    Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment was very poor. The bedsheets had a strong unpleasant smell, and there were blood stains on some of the bedding, which was unacceptable. Only one toilet roll was provided in each bathroom, which wasn’t sufficient for our stay. The outdoor area was also poorly maintained, with overflowing bins and rubbish piled up outside that looked as though it hadn’t been collected for a long time. In one of the bedrooms, a wooden side panel of the wardrobe was detached and unstable, creating a potential safety hazard as it could have fallen on someone. Overall, the apartment did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or maintenance, and our experience was very disappointing.
