A perfect place to stay while visiting Kingston. For a large group of people the best possibility.
Pleasant home experience

It was a very pleasant stay and we enjoyed having family over for visits
It was a large home in a nice neighborhood with lots of stores nearby. We arrived and it was very clean. The air conditioning worked well. A little far from downtown and old Kingston but location has good access to major routes. Water pressure was good, beds were comfortable, fridge is big, big smart TV in livingroom. Lots of room in the house and basement sitting room is quite large.
There was nothing we “disliked”. It was just lacking a few things that would have made a difference to us so I mention it here just to give a heads up - eg: more cutlery and wine glasses (we had to keep washing), proper paper towels (the ones provided were industrial feel); a serrated bread knife and sharper knives (we squished a few loaves of bread and had a tough time cutting salami etc.); a lamp in the living room (only had overhead kitchen and dining light so living room was a bit dark); side table lamps in bedrooms (only had overhead lights); a closet or some where to hang and store clothes in basement bedroom, extra hooks in bathroom and bedrooms to hang towels and clothes, more hangars in closets, extra towels and facecloths so we could change them out. More seating in living room and a side table beside the couch in the living room. There is enough room in the living room for another couch!

Home away from home
It’s spacious, clean and comfortable. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and nice to walk around. The kitchen is well stocked for home cooking and well maintained. We felt at home during our stay.
