    המיקום היה טוב בעל הדירה ניסה לעזור ככל יכולתו חדרים גדולים ומיטות נוחות

    הדירה ללא סלון, כתוב 90 מטר, אבל היא רחוקה מהגודל הזה, לא מתאימה למשפחה עם ילדים, במיוחד לאור התראות מפני רעשים שנשלחות כל ערב עם איום לפינוי וכנס. שירותים ומטבח מוזנחים.

    - Emplacement top, beaucoup de lieux accessibles à pied. - gestionnaire réactif : une lampe a grillé dans la SDB, elle a été changé rapidement - Les lits sont confortables, y compris le canapé convertible - une fois envoyée, la procédure de check in est claire et détaillée - la procédure préalable à l'arrivée - dont beaucoup parlent - est comme pour chaque location en Bulgarie. Il est nécessaire d'envoyer une copie des ID avant l'arrivée pour recevoir les instructions et codes

    Il y a à mon sens de petits problèmes (ménage pas nickel, équipements de cuisine trop légers...) qui peuvent être améliorés mais aussi plus importants : ainsi, s'il est rappelé plusieurs fois avant l'arrivée que le bruit est interdit le soir, un message est envoyé chaque soir à 22h ce que j'ai trouvé anxiogène. De même il est demandé de copier/signer un texte nous engageant à payer une amende en cas de non respect du règlement + accepter une expulsion immédiate et sans sommation - on comprend que cela sert à dissuader le bruit/les fêtes etc dans une résidence, mais pas sûre que ce soit légal...
