Location is worth the money
Location was unreal. So close to Oxford St and food
We could get the tv remote to work so couldn’t change channels. People were helpful but unable to find a solution.

All ok apart from getting zero sleep due to the buildings alarm
Location
The building fire alarm went off all night and couldn’t be turned off for hours. Police and fire department attended and it still couldn’t be switched off. The fireman who attended said this happens all the time in this building so that is not great for any future bookings.

The location is outstanding close to shops and the ferry shame about everything else
Worst booking.com and air bnb experience we have had. Arrived at 12.30 am and noticed ALL beds in the house had dirty sheets/ some had stains some had hair paper rubish etc. After contacting the hotline we were advised there was nothibg they could do but we could get a hotel and they would refund out night. The next day after cleaners had been and changed the sheets we returned to clean sheets but then looked at the rest of the place. With dust layering on every surface, Skirting and even a layer on the fake plants. Furniture items were broken on the patio living area and master bed floors had clearly not been cleaned. It is now 5 weeks and we still have not been refunded the first night of our stay. This would be a highly recommended place to stay they just need a VERY deep clean and replace all broken furniture and get a new management company not madecomfy or whatever it is. Do not stay there whilst Madecomfy are managing this place
