Wonderful apartment and highly recommend.
Spacious and homely. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Air-con in all the rooms was great as we were there during a heatwave. Good location - easy to get to the centre and also local areas outside of Thessaloniki. Private parking is a bonus and makes it so much easier if you have a car.

Αξέχαστη διαμονή σ'ένα υπέροχο διαμέρισμα στην Καλαμαριά!
Μεγάλο, άνετο, πεντακάθαρο, φωτεινό διαμέρισμα με ιδιαίτερη διακόσμηση, air condition, ατομικό λέβητα φυσικού αερίου και δωρεάν parking στην πυλωτή της πολυκατοικίας (μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα!) σε μια ήσυχη και ασφαλή γειτονιά. Το μεγαλύτερο πλεονέκτημα όμως του καταλύματος είναι ο οικοδεσπότης, ένας νέος άνθρωπος με ενσυναίσθηση, ευγένεια, επαγγελματισμό, υπευθυνότητα και άμεση επικοινωνία. Σ'ευχαριστούμε από καρδιάς για όλα, Δημήτρη!

Super comfy stay in Kalamaria, perfect for family with children
Very comfortable apartment with all amenities, kitchenware and a lot of space to enjoy even on rainy days. Beautiful artwork all around the flat, made by the owner. The owner is very kind and responsive. The neighbourhood is a residential area close to the sea. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and playgrounds all nearby.
Given the overall space, a dining table close to the kitchen would be a great plus.
