The house is in a great location, very close to supermarkets and pharmacies, which made our stay much easier.
However, some aspects were disappointing. We found the toilet seat dirty upon arrival, and the ceiling fan was very dusty — something we pay close attention to because my husband has allergic rhinitis. The bathroom next to the pool bedroom gets extremely hot since it has no air conditioning — it’s almost unbearable after a few minutes. The barbecue grill was dirty and had no gas, even though it was listed as an available amenity. Also, there weren’t enough plates for everyone (there were 8 of us). One important detail: even though we paid for late checkout, the air conditioning was automatically turned off after 10 a.m., which made the end of our stay uncomfortable. With a few improvements in cleaning, maintenance, and basic supplies, the experience could be much better.

There was ample room
Spiders in the pool. The pool was dirty and had trash in it, so we had to skim the pool ourselves. The outside needed much attention with overgrown weeds, dirty window sills, dirty screen in porch areas and rusted out fire pits. If issues would be addressed we would consider another stay. Contacted the property manager and she stated that because we didn't notify her while we were there she could do nothing. We had only a two day stay so we didn't want to be bothered with maintenance personnel showing up. A $130 pet fee. Fees were stated that they would be applied for pets however we didn't expect such a high price for a two day visit. For the price we paid we expected at least the landscape to be as pictured on booking, which it wasn't.
