Beautiful and excellent location
Everything was perfect—the location, the cleanliness, and the décor. The rooms are very comfortable, and there are board games to play in the evenings. This apartment is designed to meet every need. The owners were very helpful in answering a few questions we had, always responding in a very friendly manner. I recommend this place 1,000% for your visit to Washington.
The internet in the kitchen was not working very well , so we couldnt use the TV

A pleasant apartment in a great location.
The property was in a great location, within the Capitol Hill area. Shops and the metro are a short walk away. The main tourist attractions in Washington are very close by. The property was quiet and self-contained. The size suited our family and the air conditioning was effective, which we were very grateful for as the weather was very hot and humid. The video explaining how to locate and get into the property when we arrived was very helpful, and communication with the owner was excellent. We were able to arrange on-street parking outside with the help of the owner. It was very useful to have a washing machine and dryer, and the fridge/ freezer was the biggest we’ve ever seen!
Some of the decor wasn’t to our taste, but that’s a personal preference for light colours as opposed to the dark ones in some of the rooms. We also hadn’t realised that two of the bedrooms are in the basement, but to be fair, there’s not much the owner could do to change that!
