Terrible.
I had a very disappointing experience with this property. At around 6pm, I called the host because I needed some clarification regarding the booking. She became angry that I had called instead of reading the property description and told me that I was “ruining her evening.” She then asked me to leave the property. I was travelling with my children, it was cold outside, and we suddenly had to find and book another place to stay that evening. This cost me additional money and time, and my children were extremely tired by the time we found alternative accommodation. What made the situation even more concerning was that the host also asked me to send her an additional £20 privately, outside the Booking.com platform, for the extra child. Overall, I found the way the situation was handled unacceptable, especially given that I was travelling with children and was left needing to arrange alternative accommodation at short notice.

The sofa was damp, likely as it has been cleaned but it was a little uncomfortable for a bit. No biggy

Lovely space, with great facilities and good value for money.
Good value for money and a lovely set up with good amount of space. Beautifully decorated with an amazing garden too.
Wish there was a sofa bed in the lounge to make sleeping arrangements for three couples easier.
