    Well priced, clean, comfy, but needs a bit of TLC

    For the location, this was very well priced and quite a large property. The third bedroom, downstairs in the basement is basically a studio flat on its own. The property is showing some wear and tear, but nothing too serious, it was clean and comfortable (except for the hot water issue).

    Before I arrived, I received a message that the previous guest had damaged something and the downstairs bathroom was out of order and will be fixed the next day. As I was on my own, no problem and the bathroom issue was repaired as promised. However, I think the owner could have waited until I left a day or two later before coming to inspect the works and collecting the paper work the plumber left. More annoyingly the hot water kept failing. The first time it happened, the managing agent phoned me and asked me to check the boiler etc. As a paying guest this should not be my problem. To their credit they did send someone out who did fix it. Except 2 days later on the morning of my checkout, again no hot water.

    La ubicación del apartamento perfecta para familias.

    Los electrodomésticos de la cocina no funcionaban correctamente. Lavavajillas estropeado, microondas no funcionaba y el horno estaba muy sucio. El resto de la casa estaba bien

    Aviod at all costs. Your feet stick to the floor and the towels and bedding were unwashed.and smelly

    Location was good but the property was dirty and run down.

    Bad smell in the property. Towels were old and still in dryers (hadn't been washed just dryed from previous guests). Bedding was old and also smelly. Kitched was damaged with facias missing from integrated appliances. None of the sinks had a plughole and parking is a nightmare. You have to ask the other cars to move if you want to get out. Host offered a discount but this never happened.
