    If you're looking for a comfy, clean, well located apartment with all the facilities, this is it.

    I loved the apartment. I really appreciated the clever design and ingenious use of space. The owner really thought about all the details - lots of hooks and pegs to hang things up, hand soap next to the sink, clear instructions including how to access wifi. I loved the popcorn machine, fooseball table and dartboard. It was just so fun staying here. 2 min walk to the most beautiful mall. Laundry within the basement of the building. little coffee shop and supermarket downstairs. Adequate gym. Safe, clean part of Manila.

    The water in the shower was only luke warm.

    We only stay here overnight but if I go back again to the Philippines with my family I will definitely stay here again!

    Good for family of 4-5 only. Good place for short stay. Much better if it has its own slot of parking in the bldg.
