Die Aussicht ist phantastisch. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig.Es gibt genügend Parkplätze.
Es gab keinerlei Terrassen Möbel, was bei so einem tollen Balkon sehr schade ist.

- perfect location if you travel by car - lots of parking places, and ~20 minutes walk to the city center. - easy to get to the apartment; clear instructions on where to find the keys, etc. it took me just a few minutes to get inside the first time. - big terrace with a great view of the historical part of the city and the ocean. Also, fantastic overview of New Year fireworks. - modern TV (you can share video from your smartphone in seconds without any cables), all required kitchen appliances - it was pretty quiet, I met only a nice neighbour with a puppy few times
- For the first 2 days it was very cold in the apartment (about 8 degrees outside at night and probably 15-16 inside). It is quite big, and there are only 2 oil radiators. So I was moving them to the bedroom at night, and in the morning: 1 radiator - closer to the bathroom, 1 radiator - to the dining room - gas heater (for hot water) is not working properly. There is clicking and ignition but no fire. Usually it was working like 1 time out of 10 attempts. I spent some time googling and talking to GPT 5.2 about this model (Junkers) - no luck. Make sure to open the hot water tap only, wait some time... if the water is still cold and you do not see the fire inside - close the tap and repeat. - bed and pillows are not comfortable
