    Basic apartment, no thrills no frills, good for an overnight stay on a budget without expectations

    - Close enough to East Croydon station so useful to get in and out of Gatwick airport - Easy to communicate with landlord - Entering property was straight-forward

    - Place felt a little creepy, almost no furniture, broken curtains, mop and bucket in the bathroom, etc - Lights in the living room were flickering and harsh, need replacement
