    A pleasant stay that covered all the essentials.

    Loved the location! It’s close to Karingal Hub and the huge outdoor Ballam Park Reserve Playground.

    The kettle and cookware appear to be due for replacement.

    Relaxing, enjoyable stay.

    Spacious, comfortable house, close to shops, eateries & the bay at Frankston.

    The access door code was sent to my email after 11pm the night before my stay. I would prefer the door code to be sent at an earlier time, such as some time in the late afternoon the night before. On the day of my arrival I had to contact the owner by phone for the code, not very convenient or efficient, as I am an older person & don't check my emails 24/7.
