    Location was perfect as it was close to family; some lovely places to visit and explore, however the ex-mining area is i

    Bright and airy, with lovely sea views. Comfy beds, clean bedding and towels. Powerful modern shower. Spacious kitchen with large fridge/freezer, full oven and hob. Very prompt action by cleaners when required.

    Cooker not clean or secure. Garden unkempt. Drains not quick to clear. Small wash basin needed in separate toilet room, plus a lock on the door. New kitchen bin required. Sofa/chair not comfy in lounge. Dining table set very small.

    1. Free Wifi provided 2. Hosts available via Whatsapp - made it easy to get assistance 3. The place was very warm and it is as shown in pictures

    1. No cleaning supplies provided - not even a broom - (NB: They will charge extra for cleaning) 2. Hosts were unsettled and sent frequent emails wanting to "check" the house 3. No instruction manuals/ how to use certain things 4. There are better locations/places 5. Parking on a hill

    Good

    Property was clean and suitable for what we needed.

    There was no cleaning products other than washing up liquid, nothing to wipe benches down or anything or to clean up any spillages if my son had spilled anything. Also there was no mention in the advert that a security deposit of £200 was required before they would give any instructions of how to get in the property, not that I mind paying the deposit and it was returned the day after we left however I would have liked to have been aware of this prior to booking.
