  Fantastic views over the harbour from the fully openable Maltese balcony

  The view from the balcony was amazing Perfect location to rest after walking around Valletta and enjoy a glass of wine watching the sun set over 3 cities harbour. This is one of my favourite apartments we have stayed in, we did want to leave.

  The booking agents are overly officious down to itemising the cost of every glass and plate, also did not get entry instructions until one hour before check in. Seems strange and unnecessary but the quality of the apartment redeemed everything

  Beautiful views and good size.

  The views were magnificent

  In Australia any accommodation provides plenty of tea and coffee, milk and often a bottle of wine on check in. We got in fairly late not knowing where any shop was, and felt disappointed we had to go and shop straight away. TV couldn’t get any TV channels.

  Enttäuscht

  Lage, Sauber und Aussicht.

  Kein Warmwasser was verschwiegen worden ist bei Ankunft und erst am 4. Tag wurde es repariert, Eigentümer ist nicht erreichbar und es geht über die Agentur was sehr langsam und mühsam ist, erst bei Einchecken würde die Kaution iHv Euro 400 verlangt was einen vor die vollendete Tat stellt, Kaution wird nicht sofort bei checkout zurückbezahlt ( mal schauen), untere Etage feucht und nicht zum schlafen geeignet weil es müffelt, Klima zu laut, Kaffeemaschine kaum bedienbar, Empfang nur 2 Kapseln und 2 kleine Plastik Wasser, Tür von Balkon geht sehr schwer auf weil verostet, Kissen müffeln durch die Bettwäsche, der Abfluss im Waschbecken geht sehr langsam was nur eine kurze Nutzung möglich macht, Alles hat eine Presiliste was einen unangenehmen Eindruck macht. Für fast 300 Euro die Nacht enttäuschend. Ich schreibe nie so ausführlich aber kalt Baden mit 2 Kindern holt es aus mir raus. Frechheit am letzen Tag erst zu kommen und es zu reparieren.

  Bad experince.

  I liked the view and fact that the property is located close to the city center of Valletta.

  Since we checked in, we reported that a balcony window was not only broken, but it was off its hinges and sitting on the ground. Also, the bathroom sink was clogged; you could use it for a few seconds, then wait a good few minutes for it to empty. The answer on booking was that they would take care of the problems next week. I wrote the review intentionally after a while, with the idea that the goal was not to fix the problems because of the review, but because they care about their guests. I have traveled to many countries and continents, Malta being the second time I have visited it, but I have never had the chance to literally find a book with instructions on how to use the location, how to throw away the trash and so on; not one page, over 10 pages I think. Another negative thing that many may miss, you can't know if they will let you check out late until the last day; it is mentioned on booking, that's not the problem, but from this policy you can tell that they value profit more than customers.
