    Great base to explore Plymouth and surrounding areas

    Loved the location and the design Local amenities were also great

    No 'onsite' shop to purchase everyday items ( ie milk )

    Wonderful apartment /not kept in good repair

    This is a beautiful apartment in a great location with great views

    There were too many things that needed fixing or replacing. The sofa has a hole and stains. There were missing tiles in the bathroom and the sink did not drain away. The toilet did not always flush well. The tap handle in the kitchen needs repairing. The bedroom blind handle was broken. Such a shame in a wonderful apartment.
