    Great location, quiet area, clean apartment. Good facilities, everything you need in the kitchen.

    The sofa bed unfortunately really needs replaced, it is past its sell by date and is unusable, both as a sofa and as a sofabed. The mattress on the bed was also uncomfortable but I recognise this comes down to personal preference and I personally would prefer a medium firm mattress, but other guests may feel differently.

    Excellent. Friendly hosts.

    Well placed for my purposes. Quiet location. Handy for nearby shopping facilities. Comfortable and homely.

    Unfamiliar coffee machine. No instructions of how to house it. No other problems.

    Very good self-catering accommodation for a couple

    This is a very comfortable place for a couple to stay for a self-catering break in North Devon. The facilities were good and the location was an excellent base for exploring a part of the country that we have not visited much before. Chris and Ruth were excellent, friendly hosts.
