    Frustrating and disappointing with Jessica the manager responsible for the maintenance of the delux appartment

    Location fantastic. Booked to celebrate wedding anniversary. Hence paid more for this delux penthouse appartment.

    Both showers faulty. Microwave not working. Sink plug blocked. Reported Day 2 of our 10 day stay. Also stated that my wife has health issues and needs a few daily showers. Was informed work would be done within 2 days. Only repaired day 9. after me making daily requests. They stated late work due to other emergencies elsewhere. Requested full refund with Manager Jessica. Only received 12% refund. Made several requests for full refund and also complained to Booking.com. Very disappointed overall.

    Pobyt krótki ale udany, blisko do morze, dobry dojazd do okolicznych atrakcji

    Lokalizacja korzystna, niedaleko do środków komunikacji miejskiej, w pobliżu wiele sklepów, restauracji. Mieszkanie znajduje się na 7 piętrze ale dostępna jest winda. Dwie sypialnie, dwie łazienki, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i przestronny taras.

    W jednej z sypialni trochę zużyty materac (trzeszczące sprężyny)

    It is big, nice view.

    Location a bit far from beach and main streets and bus. Curtain roof on balcony is broken. Several tings in bathrooms are broken. Beads are very soft hard to sleep.

    The appartment was preaty modern. The AC work perfectly to cool down. There is a tarace with nice city view and you can see sea in distance.

    Appartment was a bit dirty, when we arrived. There were untidy dishes, some of them with lipstick on them. We feel like there were some places, that wasn't cleaned at all. The second annoying thing was bad water presure.
