  We chose this for location and two bedroom and two baths and a reasonable price

  The location was great for what we wanted. The tram stops a block from the apartment. It's only a few blocks to the beach, to restaurants, pharmacies, groceries. A lovely bouquet of fresh flowers was in the hallway. A nice touch!

  It's a large flat that I am sure was very elegant in its day. The inside is clean and spacious. It has been renovated as stated with new windows, a washing machine and has nice bedding. Furnishings were new and modern. The outside is shared with other units in the building and lacks what this unit has. It does not show well with unswept stairs, a poor front door and unkept yard.

  Great apartment in excellent location

  Excellent, clean spacious apartment in great area close to tram stop for city centre and 5 minutes walk to beach. Supermarket and numerous shops nearby. Good communication from host and easy check in instructions.

  The location of the apartment is very good. It is easy to reach the beach on foot, and public transportation, overall the location is convenient. The facilities were comfortable and spacious

  My experience at the apartment was not as pleasant as I expected. The facilities were comfortable and spacious, and both bedrooms were also comfortable and spacious. However, the two beds in the living room are already quite worn out and are not comfortable for sleeping. One important issue was that there was no detergent, no proper cooking utensils, and no cleaning products available. The apartment has a large and pleasant terrace, but unfortunately it was in very poor condition. It was not clean and was not suitable for use. They did not even provide a garbage bag, and there were very few kitchen utensils available. The quality of the main bathroom was also quite poor and it definitely needs renovation. The location of the apartment is very good. It is easy to reach the beach on foot, and overall the location is convenient. However, the utensils, equipment, and basic supplies that are normally provided in a rented apartment were very limited and below the expected standard.

  Highly recommended

  The apartment was very spacious and clean with a large terrace area. It is in the entrance area. There was air conditioning in every room. The apartment is about 7-8 minutes walk from the beach. The tram to go to the center is also just around the corner. We didn't meet the landlady, but we were told by telephone where we could find the key. It was very easy for us to get in touch with the landlady by phone because, as EU citizens, we don't pay any roaming fees, but for non-EU citizens who may not have internet or roaming credit when they arrive in Greece, this could incur costs. That's why it would be good to either meet the landlady at the specified arrival time or the landlady sends the WIFI password before arrival so that people can log in in front of the building and get in touch with the landlady via Whatsapp. A good supermarket was about 3 min away. We were 5 friends who only used the apartment for one night as we were going to Marina Alimos the next day. All in one, it was a clean, spacious and excellent apartment. We were very satisfied.
