Family denying
Spacious and lots of separate areas for different family members to spend quality time.
The toilet had a slow flush- tub was very deep to step in for some older family members on second floor

Great place with a few suggestions on security.
Really enjoyed how close we were to the L. Made it very easy to travel the city like we planned.
Security of property was a big red flag for me. Access code that we were provided was the same on printed on a hard copy on the main floor of home. This indicates that it is not changed between renters, possibility for someone else to gain access if they had visited before.

Highly disappointed and was treated badly.
It was big and had 3 floors.
The host was extremely rude and abruptly hung up on me when I called to complain about the beds being visibly unsanitary, stained with blood and urine. She refused to offer any partial refund or accommodations to make our stay more tolerable. My family and I were deeply disappointed by the poor treatment we received, and the booking agent we contacted never returned our calls or followed up. I cannot recommend staying here unless you are comfortable sleeping on beds covered in blood and urine stains. Due to this experience, we will no longer be using this service for business trips or personal travel.
