    Excellent views and location

    Great location, very close to the main strip downtown. Grocery store 5 minutes away. The views are amazing off the back balcony!

    Unfortunately, I was turned off by a 4' long strip of what looked like black mold at the peak of the ceiling in the main room. In addition one of the bathrooms has a plumbing drain issue causing a leak into the bedroom and bathroom below.
