good. especially the location
the location and the needed equipment-furniture for a studio
available shampoo means - soap for dishes coffee tea means only the machines (could supply 2 tea bags and 1 coffee bag) nobody available to talk to when a problem arises (like delaying the departure by 1 hour) the floor should be better cleaned and a new rag
