    Location, location, location

    Location was perfect.

    Nothing, but the property showed its age, and the facilities need some deeper cleaning.

    Good Service

    I love that the person who is dealing with us is very accommodating and very flexible in our needs. The photos of the place are the same in actual. Well maintained inspite of other rooms in this building is infested of cockroaches, this room doesn't have it. Clean enough. Doesn't have too many rules to follow. The bed may not be really comfy enough especially for bigger people but I would say the organiser handling this unit did well so far. I love the most is the convenience of location. Across the road is SM Megamall. The price is not too bad. I like that it is not a bunk bed for the kids.

    Bed wasn't so comfy and my kids has sensitive skin and need softer sheets. But for the average people these would be enough.

    Owner is very accomodating and flexible to request. Spacious indeed the right size for my two kids
