  We did not stay at the farmhouse, we left 10 minutes after arriving

  The host was very hospitable. The inside was similar to online photos.

  The property is not like the photos. Outside looked very run down and needed maintenance; fence had broken boards, and needed painting, the plantings need attention such as raking, watering, replace the dead plants. Inside was mostly like the online photos. Although the third bed in the bunk bed room isa piece of foam. We killed a spider in the bedroom and flooring was missing grout in the one of the bedrooms. It is listed as a farmhouse however, only one outside photo of a freshly painted fence and nice plantings. Yes it is the middle of many farms of all types, did not mention it is surrounded by an orchard, in a set back location,.There were 5 of us, one had a fear of spiders, two did not like the location. There is no driveway, you just drive through the orchard. We

  Prima verblijf nabij de Everglades - ruime woning midden in het groen gelegen.

  Ruime woning voorzien van alle comfort. Rustige locatie midden in het groen. Parkeer mogelijkheid op het terrein Ruime keuken voorzien van alle keukengerei Prima centrale airconditioning Vlakbij de Everglades gelegen.

  De woning kan aan de buitenkant meer onderhoud gebruiken en de terrassen en tuingedeelte was minder onderhouden/ minder schoon gemaakt.

  Great price but not for someone that has allergies and asthma.

  It is spacious and secluded. That it offered all the amenities that it said. Would have been a great stay if it was very clean like the reviews said.

  That previous reviews lied and said it was super clean when it's not. The owner lied to my face saying that she had just thoroughly cleaned the place herself when I could see otherwise.

  Terrifying and Extremely Disappointing

  Furniture was nice

  Multiple Brown Spiders the size of my hand both dead and alive inside the property. Two of these spiders were in the master bedroom at 2am on the first night of our stay running along ceiling and walls freely. I contacted property at 2am with no response. I left the property at 3am with still not response. I contacted property multiple times and did not receive a response until around 2pm the next day. I requested a refund which was denied and I had paid for an entire weeks stay and only stayed approximately 10 hours total. I had my child with me who was terrified and traumatized to be woke up to these large spiders and having to leave the location in the middle of the night either no where to really go. I was unable to receive a refund of any kind from the property or from booking.com
