Very nice villa with beautiful outdoor space, ideal for close family/friends, not strangers
The villa is very clean, quiet and confortable, with a very beautiful outdoor space (the inside is a bit old style). We rented the whole property with two related families with 6 teenagers, we all enjoyed very much the private swimming pool and the outdoor kitchen. Since this is an individual house, it is nice to rent the whole property with close family/friends, otherwise you need to share all the facilities outside with strangers. The owner did not speak english, so the communication was not always easy, but he was super nice and friendly! Nin is a beautiful little village, where you can find several options for a boat trip to visit the nearby isles. We enjoyed very much the holidays.
The beach close by was not very nice, therefore you need the car to reach the nice beaches, supermarket and village. it is not always clear where to find and how to reach the nice beaches using Google map, so we have the feeling we missed a lot of places worth to visit. I would recommend the owner to prepare a map with the closest beautiful beaches. A strange point was that when we arrived, the owner asked us 300 euro deposit (in cash) which he gave us back at the end of the stay; this is not a problem, but it should be written in the website to avoid any misunderstanding

Location was calm and beach near and also a small shop and some restaurants.
There were only 1 key per apartment a bit frustrating at times but we made it work.

The pool and price
That we had to pay deposit 300 euros on arrival which is not mentioned on booking listing. And eletrricity is not included in price

Excellent for our needs
Great for 2 families, there are 2 separate apartments, each with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room and 1 kitchen.
A little too far from the beatch, but at least you make some steps, movement is good for your health.
