    90% happy

    It was in a very nice location. It was spacious and comfortable

    The loud noise from the war ships parked across the bay. There was no milk in the fridge. And a small welcome package would have been nice. One feels more appreciated as a guest. I was not happy to have to send a photo of me and my driver’s license to the host, as well as all the friends who travelled with me. When I questioned this, in these times of identity theft, I was allowed to only send my photo and driver’s license. This should not be allowed by booking.com, as I don’t have any proof that this information will be deleted or their account maybe hacked at some point in time.

    We had expected to be staying in a two-bedroom apartment; however, it was more like a x2 bed studio, with the bedroom 2 having no door and only a blind as privacy. The bed in this room was also only a pull-down bed from the wall (Murphy Bed), not what I would call a proper bed.
