We highly recommend this place.
We stayed for two nights and had only good things to say. Federica was always helpful and made sure we arrived without any problems. Our room was clean throughout our stay and was cleaned on both days. Snacks were included and regularly replenished. The bed was extremely comfortable. Despite the reviews we had read, particularly regarding the shower area, the bathroom was not that small; even for a larger person, it was comfortable enough to take a shower. The location is excellent, close to everything, and because our room faced a quieter street, it was extremely peaceful. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Host was quick to reply to messages and helped us with information how to get to our room from train station. She was very kind. The room was clean, and not a lot of stairs. It was easy to find right in the center of the square. Surrounded close to everything. 5 minute walk to the ferry. It was quiet in the room. The room was small but it worked for me because it was a place to sleep and shower. I didn’t need a bigger space. Shower was great and so was the toilet. I would stay here again.

Die Lage ist großartig! Sehr sauber, alles vorhanden und Federica hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Für einen kurzen Trip nach Venedig absolut empfehlenswert

Parfait
Excellent accueil par Federica. Ma chambre était spacieuse la salle d'eau très correcte. On est dans une des ruelle de Venise donc pas vraiment de lumière ou de vue mais quel calme ! Propreté irréprochable et triple code pour les portes je me suis sentie parfaitement en sécurité. Et la situation à 3 minutes de la Piazza San Marco et 7 minutes du Rialto était parfaite. Je recommande !
La petite porte toute étroite sur la rue ne doit pas vous décourager. On est dans une des ruelle de Venise donc pas vraiment de lumière ou de vue mais quel calme !
