  Spacious and well appointed kitchen facilities

  Spacious and well appointed kitchen facilities. Property was clean and seemed new. Located in a quiet neighbourhood. The landlord was very concerned about making our stay as comfortable as possible.

  The people in the upstairs property were noisy at times, we heard them walking around. The shower was in the bath tub so tricky to get in and out. Would have appreciated a non slip matt to place in the tub.

  Overall, I would not recommend this property and would not stay here again.

  Honestly, there’s not much to like about this basement.

  Our experience was very disappointing from the start. The listing was misleading in several ways. It advertised airport transportation as an included amenity, but after communicating with the landlord, we were informed that it was only available for an additional fee. The listing also described the property as an apartment, but we only discovered upon arrival that it was actually a basement suite. During our stay, the tenants upstairs were extremely loud and partied until around 7:00 a.m. on the first night, making it impossible for our entire family to get any sleep. When we raised the issue with the landlord, instead of addressing our concerns, he insisted that it was a “$2 million property” and claimed there had never been any complaints in the past. The following night, the same problem occurred, with loud noise continuing until about 1:30 a.m. When I tried to contact the landlord again, my calls were repeatedly disconnected. The basement itself was warm, muggy, and uncomfortable. The only air conditioning was upstairs, and only a single fan was provided for the basement. The property also appeared to be cheaply built, with poor soundproofing, so noise from upstairs carried through very easily. Overall, this was a very negative experience. The misleading listing, poor communication, excessive noise, and uncomfortable accommodations made our stay far below expectations.

  Modern facilities, great communication. Noise issue for light sleepers

  Excellent facilities and communications from the hosts. Comfortable beds. Great instructions about how everything works. Clean and modern.

  We are light sleepers and quiet time is at 11 pm. We heard a good amount of movement until that time. Our daughter goes to bed at 9 pm. It would not be a problem for deep sleepers.

  Nothing

  Garbage thin walls. Property owner knows this and could care less. I did not stay the second night. He took my money anyway
