Fantastic
A lovely hotel. Very peaceful , comfortable and close to the imperial palace The staff were very helpful - we had an issue with our visa and they went above and beyond to provide advice

Prachtig hotel naast de historische citadel
Het hotel is prachtig! En de locatie is perfect, op loopafstand van de historische citadel. De spa is ook een aanrader. Wij hebben genoten!
De douche viel een beetje tegen (lage waterdruk en niet warm).

This hotel has an excellent location. It is right next to the moat of the imperial city and in amongst the best local restaurants and street good. This is a much better place to stay in than anywhere that is the other side of the river, which looks just like another nice medium sized Vietnamese city. The hotel also has history.

L'emplacement aux portes de la citadelle impériale est idéal La chambre était charmante et la literie parfaite. Je vous recommande les soins proposée aux spa. Le soin oriental et le herbal bath sont un vrai plaisir.
Bien que de bonne qualité, le petit déjeuner n'était pas assez diversifié à notre goût.9
