    It was great for our beach holiday.

    Ocean views from the decks made the mornings perfect. 2nd row of houses from the beach, literally 70 steps to the beach entrance. Lots of space for a big family, we had 10 + 3 kids comfortably sleep, with room for a few more kids in the unused bunk bed.

    Only provided 2 trash bags, 1 package dish soap, and a roll of paper towels for 3 days and 13 people. There weren't any beach toys, chairs, umbrellas - but I get that those items might be hard to keep for a rental, but maybe some beach blankets or beach towels.
