    I would like to share my experience to warn future guests. Communication throughout the stay was extremely poor. Check-in was stressful because responses were very slow, there was no personal welcome, and phone calls were not answered. Everything had to be handled through messages, leaving me constantly waiting whenever I needed assistance. Even basic questions, such as how to operate the air conditioning, were difficult to resolve due to the lack of communication. The most concerning part of my experience occurred at check-out. Edgar told me that my security deposit of 300€ would only be returned if I left a positive review. I made it clear that I would not write a review under pressure or as a condition for receiving money that rightfully belonged to me. In my opinion, making the return of a security deposit conditional upon leaving a positive review is completely unacceptable. As a result of these events, I did not feel comfortable or secure during my stay. There were additional incidents that contributed to this feeling, but I will keep this review focused on the most important issues. I am currently discussing this matter with Booking.com and, if necessary, I am prepared to seek legal advice. I believe other guests should be aware of my experience before deciding to book this accommodation. P.S. The screenshots clearly show the messages that Edgar later deleted from our WhatsApp conversation. Fortunately, I had already taken screenshots before they were removed, so I still have evidence of our communication.

    Beautiful modern and clean apartment in excellent location. Great views from terrace. Everything you would need for your stay.

    Slight hiccup with AC during stay unfortunately, however after notifying Edgar technician arrived within couple of hours. A new part had to be ordered. However within bedroom and lounge modern ceiling fans which also gave a cooling effect were very good for the interim.
