  The garbage disposal was not working, nails were sticking out of the floor, there was mold, and the property was extremely dirty. One of the door handles was broken, even though a previous guest had already reported the issue. A cable was missing from one of the TVs, so it could not be used properly. In addition, the gate code provided to us was incorrect until the very last day of our stay. Due to these unacceptable conditions and the multiple unresolved issues, we ultimately had no choice but to leave the property earlier than planned.

  Awful!!! Nothing spectacular about this place.

  There is nothing spectacular about this house. I am not one to ever leave a negative review. But this was so disappointing. In fact we've stayed in several Orlando locations in the last three years, this was by far the only disappointing place. Broken shower doors, old and outdated. The pool was so tiny. In the kitchen we kept finding dirty dishes. With old cheese stuck to them, greasy butter and gross sticky finger prints in wine glasses. Not enough bathroom tissue, or soap...that was very new to me. One tiny bar circle coin soap per sink. 😳. I was quick to address the shower issue and the sink to owners, and we got the run around...asking to be .aul pictures to an e-mail account that would not accept my emails. That was frustrating. When I asked the owner to please call me so we could explain what was happening to the sink overflowing..they said it was late in the evening?????? Wow!!! Oh not to mention...the carpets are gross dingy smelly and old looking. My fiancee stuck a sharp pointy nail in his foot bottom that was supposed to hold the carpet down between the bedroom floor and bathroom floor in the bedroom, when we addressed the issue....no one came to fix it..and I stuck my dang foot heel the next night! I personally do not recommend this home. The screen door was stiff and kept coming off. The list goes on... We were more stressed about not using stuff that was in delicate conditions.
