Nice Apartment with Bad Stairway and Nasty Owner
The rooms were as described.
The stairway getting to the apartment are treacherous. It's on the 5th floor and the cement spiral stairsteps are worn down on the front edges, so there are no flat surfaces to step on. There was a communication and access problem. The owner and became very nasty and threatening while trying to resolve the issue in her favor.

Overall it was good but missing a few extras that would make it great
The view was great & spacious for our family
The stairs were dark half way up & very uneven to walk on. Some of the furniture could use an upgrade, like the sofa. It also needs hooks or shelves in the bathrooms
