Location was good. Everything else is not great for a $675 property.
Property was in a great location. It had a kitchen and a laundry.
Check in process was quite inconvenient. Such a lengthy process of getting online verified (which is fine if the form was working properly). Some verifications were a bit ridiculous even after full payment was charged and authentication docs were provided . It was harder than getting an on arrival visa to Singapore. Location link was incorrect, luckily Buidling name was mentioned in the instructions. Property was generally looking clean, but areas like corners of the bathroom were not cleaned.Room carpets and bed sheets were really dusty and are in need of a good vacuum. Minor maintenance works were overlooked . Soap/shampoo holders were broken. Bed was really uncomfortable, an old spring mattress. Supplies were limited, for two adults two days only one mini body wash/ shampoo/ conditioner/ lotion was provided. Pool was not heated. Only one lift is working. As per the header suggests I was thinking you can walk from to roof top to crown building . Only after going there realised the building is about 12 minutes walk to crown, it just has a roof top. Use of punctuation would have been helpful.

Great view
The room was great. The location was fantastic. The room was very clean thank you to the cleaner.
The bed needs replacing. The bedroom light didn’t work all the time weird hey!

Très bel appartement confortable et parfaitement situé
Appartement très confortable et décoré avec goût, très bien équipé (machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, faire à repasser etc) ainsi que très bien situé, juste en face du tram et à seulement quelques minutes à pied du CBD. Nous avons été très bien accueilli, les hôtes sont sérieux et réactif. L’immeuble est aussi très bien équipé et entretenu. Je recommande vivement et reviendrait avec grand plaisir.
Un peu bruyant car donne sur la route mais nous avons tout de même très bien dormi cela n’a pas été si dérangeant que ça
