    Stunning location and lovely house

    Fabulous location overlooking valley and walking distance to everywhere. Spacious rooms and good bathrooms. Loved pool table and table tennis table (although pity this was in garage but guess good if weather average.) We had stunning weather and house was cool with windows and doors open. Private back garden completely quiet in evenings and mornings, just insects birds and the odd bleat of a sheep. Kitchen well equipped.

    No coffee machine; knives need sharpening desperately; road is closed to the property so difficult to get to and we were not told this when collecting keys. Instructions on booking.com are out of date and incorrect. Beds are doubled, not queens or king size.

    Very Good family week together, even with some wet weather.

    Great Location, Lots of walks close by.

    Quite hard to find even with the instructions. The bins were out and covered up the house names.

    Amazing house for a holiday, would love to return , thank you very much

    Beautiful position , great to be able to walk from house and still be close to pubs, shops and cafe. Home from home, very well equipped kitchen and cosy lounge with lovely views. Outside terrace with BBQ was a bonus

    Superb

    Beautiful, quiet location, well equipped house, felt like a home. Helpful office staff when we has a couple of issues to report. Would recommend this as a beautiful place to stay with lovely walks nearby.

    Only suggestion is that some hanging hooks for dressing gowns on back of bedroom doors would have been helpful, esp in single room with no wardrobe.
