    Nice and close to everything.

    Cute - well restored. Laundry out the back handy. Close to mountain bike tracks.

    Air conditioning didn’t work and very noisey trying - lots of steps throughout the room made get ups at night tricky. Only one bedside lamp. Lighting very dim for food prep at night. Seats around table very wobbly.

    Easy contactless check-in process. Room was clean and well stocked. Beautiful heritage property.

    Lack of streaming services on the TV was a bit of a disappointment, but not a dealbreaker.

    Good location.

    Hot water service. You could hear other guests in their rooms. My son rented the family room and they got no sleep as another guest had tv blaring all night
