a perfect place in the heart of Siena
Located strictly in the city centre, right next to the site of the conference that I was attending. The apartment is clean, comfortable, perfectly equipped and has an exceptional price to value ratio. I highly recommend it.
There is no AC, but the walls are very thick and the place does not get too hot if the windows are properly closed.

Unsafe apartment and deceptive property owner/management.
We had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this property. When we arrived, we discovered the apartment had been broken into before our stay, and the front door would not lock. This made the accommodation feel completely unsafe, especially since we could not leave our belongings secured inside. What was most upsetting is that the property knew about the issue before our arrival, yet they never informed us in advance. Instead of acknowledging the seriousness of the situation, they tried to convince us it was fine and safe to stay, despite the obvious security risk. Because of this, we had no choice but to leave immediately and find alternative accommodation at our own expense. Even though we did not stay at the apartment, the property has kept the tourist tax we paid and refused any reimbursement for the stay. While they said they would refund the tourist tax, they have failed to do so and remain unresponsive. I would strongly caution future guests about the lack of transparency, poor handling of a serious safety issue, and unwillingness to take responsibility. Save yourself the headache, time and money and avoid this property and platform.
