    Apartment located 100m from beach with private access to the beach. The beach is very beautiful - this alone is worth the price of the apartment.

    Mosquitos as soon as you open the doors/windows.

    Ho scoperto il vero relax

    Ho soggiornato in questa struttura molto bella su una casetta molto coccola e pulita a 50 mt dal mare,la spiaggia essendo libera uno può scegliere se usare i propri lettini o prenderli a noleggio con una minima spesa ché e quello che ho fatto per tutto il soggiorno,che dire ho conosciuto i titolari iniziando da Giulio e suo padre zii e cugini praticamente mi sembrava di essere a casa. Lo consiglio sia a famiglie che a coppie la gentilezza dei titolari unica,bravi bravi bravi ci ritornerò

    Lovely stay in a comfortable home with kind hosts. Just a shame there is no sea view from it.

    The property is very comfortable and very very clean. It is spacious and well equipped for living and cooking at home if you wish. The terrace area is big too. The hosts were very responsive to communicating, and warm welcoming and helpful. You are well placed in Sperlonga, close to the beach and also close to the town. I had a lovely stay.

    My only negative comment would be that the advert is a bit misleading. It claims "sea views" which is not true. The pictures of the sea view are taken from the end of the road in which the property stands. The view from the property itself is just a screen to a neighbouring property.
