The location & the charm of the building
The lighting is dimmed, need to ne improved. Space is karged but too empty, bathroom is dark, not soundproof

Everything. The design of the property definitely and location.
The sound proofing in the bedroom needs to be improved. There was a renovation going on until midnight just below the property.
