    Good location and comfortable for price point

    Location was great and it was fairly priced for where it was. The view is good for a level 1 apartment. It was clean and comfortable.

    Security deposit needs to be taken digitally and information provided when collecting keys could also be digital, which could allow them to leave keys in a lockbox rather than driving to an alternative location. More of a body corp problem but the hallway outside the apartment smelt like someone had been smoking for the past 30 years which again, wasn’t in the apartment but unpleasant when leaving/arriving; and finally the outside balcony could use some new sun chair cushions and a BBQ - the existing are ready for the tip.
