    Sehr nette Vermieter, top Lage (ruhig, und der Bahnhof war in knappen 20 min zu Fuß erreichbar) Die Ausstattung war mehr als vermutet. Selbst Kaffee, Milch und Zucker standen bereit. Spülmittel, Seifen, Handtücher, Bettwäsche. Alles war da. Die Fliesen im Bad waren z.T. lose, aber das wird in Zukunft repariert, schadet aber dem Flair dieser Unterkunft überhaupt nicht und es störte uns auch nicht. Es war sehr freundlich, dass der Vermieter direkt darauf hingewiesen hat. Wir kommen gern wieder. Es hat Flair und ist sehr geräumig.

    Bewertungen sind nicht nachvollziehbar und die Bilder im Internet entsprechen nicht dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Wohnung ist ziemlich abgewohnt und es gibt viele Baustellen/Schönheitsmängel. Bodenfliesen im Bad lösen sich, Boden gibt nach, Unterbau Dusche und Waschbecken beschädigt, Kühlschrank mit Klebeband notdürftig repariert, Steckdosen hängen lose, sämtliche Pflanzen waren größtenteils vertrocknet, unangenehmer muffliger Geruch, allgemein nicht sauber, nur 3 Fernsehprogramme, kein sicherer Abstellplatz für Fahrräder... sind 3 Tage früher abgereist.

    Prima verblijf voor een goede prijs.

    Zeer ruim en goed bereikbaar!

    De douche zou iets gemoderniseerd kunnen worden maar past wel bij het pans
