    صراحه الشقه كانت حلوه و مرتبه و متكامله من جميع النواحي الدخول كان شخصي و سهل و المغادره كذلك و الاطلاله حلوه و الموقع قريب عند التلفريك تتلس و خمس دقايق مشي الي السنتر

    My luggages were stolen from the building at checkout

    Views and cleanliness

    I stayed at the property from 14 to 17 August. After checking out, I accidentally left two large bags next to the ground-floor elevators. At 2:19 PM, I informed management of their exact location. When I returned, their staff member took me directly to the apartment where I had stayed. At that point, I believed the bags had been collected and safely stored there for me, but they were not there. A resident and the cleaning lady later confirmed that they had seen the bags. Unfortunately, they could not be found. I understand that leaving the bags was my mistake. However, I was disappointed that, after informing management of their exact location, the situation was not handled in the way I had expected. I am sharing only my personal experience and would not choose to stay here again.
