Excellent accommodations with great facitlies
The room included a full kitchen, dining room and living area. It was very spacious and had a deck with babeque facilities. All in all it had everything needed for our needs. the restaurant was outstanding which was one of the reasons we decided to stay at the resort. All in all this is probably the best accommodation in Osooyas.
The only complaint I had was the bedroom pillows were uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, we had a very loud compressor running outside our balcony all day, (8am to 3:30 pm) as workers were working on cleaning air ducts or drier vents. We contacted the front desk at approximately 9:30 am, then again at 12:00 pm and again at 3:00 pm. We were unable to sit outside on our balcony. Sitting inside was loud and irritating. We had our dog with us so we were not wanting to visit stores, shops or restaurants. We did go for three long walks throughout the day. And we did go to the pool. At one point the day Mgr suggested we stay at the pool for a couple more hours! Or go out exploring! That was not our intention when going on a one day, two night get away. We've never been instructed on how to spend our day at a hotel before! Which was insulting. The afternoon Mgr. at 3:00 pm offered to move us to another room which we declined by that time.(which another staff member said they would look into and never got back to us) The afternoon Mgr. had a bottle of wine sent to our room as an apology for the noise and inconvenience, which we appreciated, but unfortunately a little too late. It would have been nice if one of the staff would have come to our room to witness what was going on outside. None of the staff we spoke to knew that this work was scheduled on that day!(?) :
