  A beautifully designed apartment, totally neglected. Impressive that the owners still sell it.

  We liked the big TV, so it was nice to watch movies in the evening. The living room has a lot of natural light, and we also liked the paintings and the general architectural vibe of the apartment. We also liked that the area felt local and not too touristy, and that the apartment was close to the sea.

  Very good apartment in very, very bad condition. We chose it from 17 Booking apartments because it had a character- art, furniture and an architectural vibe. Oh, how fun to discover daily that nothing works and everything that works falls apart, as if a train ran through it and nobody cared. Me and my girlfriend had different breaking points from nitpicking to hating it. For her: dead terrace lights and tearing her leg on raised bathroom laminate, barely shown in photos. For me: a shower with no cold water after a beach day. Bathroom leaks underneath, drains for ten minutes; hose squeaks, controls and massage do not work, bath bumps fall off, glass-screen handle is broken. Sofa is awful on bare skin and unfolded on arrival although booked for two; flat not suitable for four. Wardrobe door falls off; hinges block drawers, only vertical section works; bedside cabinet is broken. Dirty leaking AC, ants, stale smell, horrible dishwasher, burnt pans. No cleaning supplies: we bought cloths; a broken broom left us walking on sand all week. The central curtain is broken,small, but maddening. Bedroom has one long pillow for two, no air by midnight; we slept separately. South terrace has no shade, oven after 10, with drying racks, leaking AC, cleaning stuff, dying plants and dead lights; photo glass table is now IKEA. On the last day the living-room LED died and we could only laugh. Plants look luxurious in photos but are half-dead and dusty; we cleaned the poor ficus. Dying plants or no plants? No plants. We left a Zara Home candle for the next guests because of the stale smell. As two architects, we saw love in the built-in furniture, kitchen, Corian sink and details,but then abandonment. It deserves better management. Communication was okay; Alberto gave no checkout instructions. Area and beaches were good, but the centre was far, requiring public transport. Overall it damaged our trip. We felt scammed. Do not recommend unless heavily renovated or discounted.

  Déception totale ! Sans parler du service client booking

  Le calme de la rue et le fait qu’il soit proche de la plage.

  Le logement n’est pas fait pour accueillir 4 personnes. Serviette de toilette manquante et sentant mauvais. Ménage pas fait correctement, trace sur la vaisselle, poussière sur les plinthes, murs sales. Pas assez de papier toilette, salle de bain très humide avec parquet gondolé, rideau et porte fenêtre cassés, peu de rangement pour les affaires, surtout pour 4 personnes. Pas de store occultant pour les « chambres ». Les photos ne sont plus représentatif de l’état actuel de l’appareil ! Très déçue. Le rapport qualité prix n’est absolument pas au rendez vous.
