  The location

Lack of washing machine, although in the description in Booking there is a washing machine in the apartment. We asked the owner whether it would be possible to use it for an additional fee, but he refused. He then became very rude and angry simply because we expressed our disappointment about the fact that the washing machine advertised in the listing was not actually available for use. The owner became so offended and angry that he contacted Booking.com and asked them to find us another apartment. This is the first time I have ever experienced such rude and disrespectful behaviour from a host. We are extremely disappointed with both the situation and, above all the owner’s attitude. If a washing machine is listed as an available facility, guests naturally expect to be able to use it. Threatening two young girls with being thrown out of the apartment during a long-awaited holiday in Greece is absolutely unacceptable and deeply upsetting. The bath towels and bed sheets were not changed at any point during our entire 10-night stay. This made the whole experience extremely unpleasant and disappointing.
