Peccato!
La posizione, la vicinanza alla metropolitana e al mercato proprio di fronte
L'appartamento avrebbe tutte le potenzialità per essere perfetto ma ha necessità di una ristrutturazione. Deve essere rimodernato, non siamo più negli anni 90. Le docce sono improbabili,troppo vecchie, così come tutto il resto, si vede che tutta la mobilia era di ottima qualità ma non è più accettabili oggi. E poi la casa era pulita ma non come si dovrebbe. Ultima cosa riguarda la caparra, per riaverla è passata una settimana, non mi era mai capitata una cosa del genere.

Splendid Gaudi Mercat del Ninot appartment
Location is wondeful close to metro and shops. Appartment is nicely equipped. Host Ann is excellent very responsive and caring.
