    Needs improvement. But the potential is high.

    The location is fair. I like it. The balcony is a plus and so is the washing machine. Furniture's is ok. The net above is useless and dangerous for me. The stairs are crunchy and noisy to step. The shower is tricky. The staff is diligent and took care of my requests. Appreciated. Ty.
