    불친절한주인

    위치는 좋고 숙소가 커서 사용하기 편해요. 발코니가 있어서 발코니 의자에서 쉬기도 좋아요.

    주인이 너무 불친절했어요. 부킹닷컴을 통해 도착시간을 보냈는데 아무런 멘트없이 다큐멘트를 보내라는 문자만 와서 어떻게 해야할지 몰라 전화를 했는데 영어도 전혀 안되고 나중에 경고성 문자가 날아왔네요 부킹닷컴에 전화해서 간신히 실랑이를 벌이다 2시간 만에 간신히 숙소에 들어갔네요. 숙소에 지내는 동안 주인 그림자도 못 보고 스스로 사용법등을 익혀 지내다 나왔네요. 이렇게 불친절한 주인은 처음이라 너무 당황스러웠네요. 0층에서3층까지 엘베가 있고 2개층은 계단으로 올라가야합니다 샤워기 수업이 낮아 씻는데 고생했어요.

    Nice place to stay in Rome, closed to everywhere. Only a few blocks from Termini, but in a quiet, safe and beautiful neighbourhood with restaurants and a main street plenty of shops. The apartment is very confortable, quick check in and check out, without complications. They let us to get in before the time. Thanks
