Amazing staff and wonderful stay
- staff is amazing (literally everyone) - Irini went above and beyond to help with any requests I would have, her manager also helped me with hiking options according to my level and abilities, they facilitated an earlier checkin and managed to allow a bit more time for checkout despite a busy weekend. Thank you for everything! - location is incredible - 1 min from the station, on the Promenade - room was perfect and bigger than expected (usually smaller in mountains’ hotels, not the case there)
- some soundproofing issues (all guests were well behaved so 0 issues for myself :) but it is noticeable therefore deserves being mentioned for light sleepers ) - somehow smell from cigarettes from other balconies and restaurant downstairs reach quickly the inside of the bedroom when window is opened (my room was middle floor/ middle of the facade)

Es war sehr zentral und der Empfang war ausserordentlich nett.
Das Zimmer war extrem klein.

War nur für eine Nacht da. Rezeption war schon geschlossen bei Ankunft, aber alles hervorragend kommuniziert und vorbereitet vorher für den Schlüssel. Herziger Balkon. Alles sauber und bequem. Auch Stauraum wäre vorhanden bei mehr als einer Nacht.
Das Waschbecken war nur ein kleines Dreieck, logistisch schwierig Zähne zu putzen...
