    Voor een keer goed te doen, maar verkeerslawaai zeer onaangenaam.

    De locatie was goed te bereiken, toch wel een uur naar de binnenstad. Het appartement is prima ingericht, uitermate praktisch, alles aanwezig. Voelt ook veilig, alle toegangen met chips. Kleine fitnesruimte was een bonus. De mogelijkheid in de garage te parkeren zeer welkom.

    Het straatlawaai in het bijzonder van de trams, al heel vroeg in de ochtend of eigenlijk al 's nachts. Voor wie licht slaapt, is dit apartement beslist af te raden. Voor wie daar geen last van heeft, is het prima.
